Your workspace
A workspace is your team’s home in Mavatu. You can belong to several and switch between them from the workspace button at the top of the rail.
Members and roles
Section titled “Members and roles”Invite people from Settings › Members. Each member has one role:
| Role | Who it’s for |
|---|---|
| Owner | The people responsible for the workspace. Only owners can delete it or make other owners. |
| Admin | People who run the workspace day to day: members, roles, groups and settings. |
| Member | Your team. They work in every app they have access to. |
| Guest | Clients and freelancers who only see what’s shared with them. |
Roles are made of permissions, and you can add your own roles in Settings › Roles. Nobody can give a permission they don’t have themselves.
Groups
Section titled “Groups”Groups (Settings › Groups) bundle people: Design, Sales, Client: Bluebird. A group can add permissions on top of each person’s own role, and you can share projects and pipelines with a whole group at once.
Access to projects and pipelines
Section titled “Access to projects and pipelines”Each project gives people one of three levels: Viewer, Editor or Manager. Choose what the rest of the workspace gets when you create a project (nothing, view or edit), then share it with people or groups. CRM pipelines work the same way.
Workspace settings
Section titled “Workspace settings”In Settings › General you set the workspace’s name and address, its working week and time zone (timelines, due dates and reminders follow them) and its currency. Settings › Audit log shows who changed what.
