Use Mavatu from AI apps
Mavatu works as a connector for AI apps that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask about your work and have the AI app make changes for you, as you, with your permissions.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”-
In your AI app, add a custom connector with this URL:
https://app.mavatu.com/mcp -
The AI app sends you to Mavatu to log in. Choose the workspaces it may use and what it may do there, then approve.
-
Ask away. Try “What’s on my plate this week?” or “Log a call with Wren at Paper Kite: she wants the proposal by Friday.”
You’ll find the URL in Mavatu too, under Settings › AI apps.
What AI apps can do
Section titled “What AI apps can do”- Find: search across projects, tasks, deals, contacts and people, and read their details and discussions.
- Projects: create projects and tasks, update and complete tasks, post status updates and see your work.
- CRM: find and add leads and deals, convert leads to deals, update deals, mark them won or lost, log calls and notes, schedule and complete activities, and see today and the pipeline.
- Directory: find, add and update contacts and companies.
- Everywhere: comment, follow things and read your inbox.
AI apps can’t delete anything.
Stay in control
Section titled “Stay in control”- Your connections are listed in Settings › AI apps, where you can disconnect any of them.
- Workspace admins choose what AI apps may do in the workspace, and see every connected app under Settings › Connected apps.
- Everything an AI app does is recorded under your name in each record’s history and the audit log.
