Welcome to Mavatu

Mavatu is a set of work apps that share one workspace: Projects, the CRM and the Directory of contacts and companies. Everyone signs in once, and the apps share the same people, inbox, search and comments.

Get started

Section titled “Get started”
  1. Create a workspace at app.mavatu.com/signup. Give it your team’s name; its address is how links to your work start (app.mavatu.com/fig-and-thistle).
  2. Invite your team from Settings › Members. Pick a role for each person: you can change it later.
  3. Open an app from the rail on the left (or the tabs along the bottom on a phone) and add your first project or deal.
  4. Put Mavatu on your phone so you get notifications and can open it in one tap: see Install on your phone.

Find your way around

Section titled “Find your way around”
  • The rail on the far left has your workspace, search, the Inbox and each app. On a phone, the apps are along the bottom.
  • Each app’s menu sits next to the rail: Projects lists your projects, the CRM its pipelines and views.
  • Search with ⌘ K (Ctrl K on Windows) to find anything or jump to an action, like New deal.
  • The Inbox collects what needs you: assignments, @mentions and new comments on things you follow.
