A CRM that feels like Pipedrive, and moving in from it
If your team sells with Pipedrive, the CRM now works the way you’re used to, and you can bring everything across in a few minutes.
- Leads: an inbox for interest that isn’t a deal yet, with labels and sources. Convert a lead to a deal and its notes and activities go with it.
- Activities: calls, meetings, tasks, deadlines, emails and lunches, with a list by type and period and a calendar you can drag them around on.
- Deals keep their stage when they’re won or lost, so reports show where deals are lost. A deal can have its own win probability, and its own currency, converted for totals at the day’s exchange rate.
- A Pipedrive-style board: the person or organization on each card, labels, and the next-activity colours you know: red overdue, green today, a warning when nothing’s planned. Rotting deals stand out.
- Edit any field on many deals at once from the deals list.
- Move from Pipedrive: add Pipedrive’s export files all at once and they’re matched for you, linked up, with your history kept. Moving in again updates rather than duplicates, and a whole move can be undone for a day.
- Exports in Pipedrive’s format, so your data goes anywhere.
Files on tasks
Tasks can now hold files: briefs, photos, contracts, anything up to 100 MB.
- Add files on a task, or drop them anywhere on its Files section. On your phone, pick them from your photos, camera or files.
- Images show a preview; everything else downloads when you open it.
- Remove a file you added, with Undo if you change your mind. Project managers can remove anyone’s.
- Logged emails keep their attachments, shown on the email with previews for images.
- Files are kept privately for your workspace, and only people who can see the task or email can open them. More about files.
