Introducing Mavatu

31 October 2026 · Andrius Bartulis

I’m so excited to finally share Mavatu with you.

If you work in a small team, you probably know the feeling. Projects live in one app, deals in another, and the contacts you need are in a spreadsheet someone started years ago. Everyone has a handful of logins and a handful of notifications, and nobody’s quite sure which list is the right one. Half the morning goes on copying a client’s details from one place to another, and the other half on asking “where did we put that?”

It adds up, too. Smaller teams often end up paying for three or four subscriptions, each charging per person, for tools that don’t even talk to each other. For a team of ten, that can quietly become one of the bigger bills of the month.

I got tired of working like that. So we built the thing I always wanted: one place where the work, the clients and the people all sit together, under one subscription.

What’s inside

  • Projects, for planning the work on boards, lists, timelines and calendars.
  • CRM, for keeping every deal moving to its next step.
  • Directory, the one address book both of them share.

They’re three apps, but they don’t feel like three. Your team, your contacts, the inbox and search are shared, so you set things up once. When you win a deal, you can start its project right there.

Made for how work really happens

Plenty of work happens away from a desk: on the train, between meetings, at a client’s office. So Mavatu works just as well on your phone. Add it to your home screen and you’ll get notifications wherever you are.

And if you use Claude or ChatGPT, you can connect them to Mavatu and ask about your work in plain words, like “what’s due this week?”, or update it without opening the app.

One simple price

One price per person, with everything included. No tiers, no add-ons, no “talk to sales”, and no pile of subscriptions to keep track of. Every app we add is included too. See pricing.

This is just the start

Mavatu is new, and it’s going to keep getting better. I’d love to hear what you think: what works, what’s missing, what you’d like next. Drop me a line at hello@mavatu.com.

You can follow everything new in the changelog.

Thanks for being here.
